■About Organization

Responsible for plant visualization in the Yonezawa Plant’s Smart Manufacturing initiative.

Not only plan, develop and operate manufacturing systems, but also visualize the logs of robots and automation equipment to enhance the monitoring and management of manufacturing conditions.

Take an interest in information system trends and consider the latest information technology while proposing the most appropriate planning and design.。

■Roles and responsibilities:

• Management of the planning and design of the visualization of the factory (manufacturing status, product quality, manufacturing delivery time, etc.)
• Planning and design of IT systems
  
  

Analysis of the manufacturing process and extraction of visualization

factors

• Proposal and design of IT requirements, investment management and
  
  

schedule management

• Operation and maintenance of IT systems
  
  

Planning and proposal of functional improvements, collection of field

improvements, making requirements

◇Requirements◇

■Must Have – Essential

• Engaged in the design, development and operation of computer systems in the manufacturing industry (More than five years.)
• Experience in either production engineering or production management in a PC or similar industry.
• Communication skill
• General knowledge for PC
• Project lead skill
• Facilitator skill
• English: TOEIC score over 470

• Interested in AI and simulators, and is studying
• Chinees language
